Roadside Fast Food 2008

Nutritional Survey

Here are the results of our survey into Roadside eating. All the data has been provided by the vendors own website nutritional guides and simply fed into a spreadsheet for analysis

For ease of simplicity we have concentrated on two major factors. The amount of calories in a given food item and the amount of fat it contains. We've marked some items as being worse for having high calorie content despite relatively low fat content and vice versa. In other words, whilst our survey is not exhaustive, it does offer a reasonable sampling of what too eat and what to avoid in the busy motorways of the UK.
